03 — Why it costs more
“A home’s price is set by what you can see. Its value, by what you can’t.”
Every house we build begins with the same question: how will it look in fifty years? That is why we cost more than the market average — and why we don’t compete on prices we wouldn’t put our name to.
Our own craftsmen. From masons to joiners, 64 permanently employed specialists build your house — no subcontracting chain. The crew that pours the foundations is the crew that hangs the doors.
Materials. We install Carrara marble, solid oak and hand-formed architectural concrete. We pick every piece ourselves — at the quarry, the sawmill or the workshop — and you can hold the sample before it goes in.
Fixed price. The total goes into the contract, you get a weekly photo log of the build, and we give a ten-year structural warranty. Since 2019 we have not invoiced a single extra on any project.
