The surface may look similar, but the work behind it isn't: on every site I set up proper technical SEO so you rank well in Google searches, I professionally wire up tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and I lay down every technical foundation that a template generator simply skips. This is significantly more work than customizing a ready-made template — but that difference is what decides whether your site actually brings in customers, or just looks nice.

For the 'Express' package, usually 5-7 business days; for the 'Business' package, 10-14 business days. For the 'Premium' package, plan on 3-4 weeks — this already includes the booking system, precise tracking integrations, and more detailed coordination. For custom development, it depends on the complexity of the features, but I always give a precise deadline in the quote.

I hand over the complete source code — from then on it's 100% yours, commented and easy to read. If you ever want to continue with a different developer, you can do so at any time; you're not locked in to me. If you'd rather not deal with the technical setup, you can choose my optional Maintenance package: for a fixed monthly fee, I also handle minor changes (e.g. phone number update, new image, text edits).

There's a one-time website-building fee (based on your chosen package), which also covers handling the domain registration — always in your own name/ownership, so you're never at my mercy. Beyond that, maintenance and hosting are entirely optional. If you want it, for a fixed monthly fee I provide hosting, regular backups, technical oversight, and 24-hour availability in case of an issue. If not, I hand over the website in full, and you take care of hosting and operations going forward.

We record exactly what you'll get, in writing, in the quote. If the result doesn't meet the agreed specification, you don't pay — this isn't an empty promise, it's the guarantee behind my work.
